CrossFit comes to Cache Valley

One of the world’s most effective training programs is now available in Cache Valley.

CrossFit is a program that does not specialize, and by design is broad, general and inclusive. CrossFit athletes in theory have the endurance for a marathon yet the strength and flexibility for heavy Olympic lifting. “We teach basic to advanced level classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettle bell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope.” –Brad Thorn, CEO and founder, CFCV

We would just like to inform you that there is now an organization in Logan dedicated to helping those interested achieve financial stability and independence.

The Cache Valley Area Investors Association is open to everyone and meets every other Thursday at 7pm at:

Preston Parker, president and founder of CVAIA, started the organization after hearing too many people complain about their jobs and turn to him for financial advice.

Financial independence is something this organization strongly believes in and the meetings are designed to guide those interested in their financial decision-making.
